- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆October 23, 2019, by Sammy KOver 35 minutes late NO CALL NO SHOW to our 11am appointment so I gave them a call to see what was going on and he sounded like he was still asleep. He told he was in Raleigh and wouldn't be able to get to me till much later in the afternoon so I told him not to bother coming out. He didn't even have the decency to call me to reschedule or let me know they would need to change the time/day. Completely wasted my time. Needless to say we will be going with somebody else!

The installers arrived when they promised, met our every request, worked quickly, were very courteous and left everything extremely clean. I would strongly recommend the company to everyone I know.
