  I previously had a great review of this Rite-Aid location in this space, but during 2013-2014, they have had a lot of turnover with several pharmacists starting and quitting. This had been my pharmacy for many years, mostly because it's convenient to my drive home, so I put up with a lot of rudeness and disrespect before moving on. They are probably understaffed. The younger pharmacy techs are all very nice-- it's the salt and pepper haired lady who is consistently rude. On the positive side, if they continue on their current trend, eventually their customer base will shrink to something they can manage with a smile.

  AVOID this place if at all possible, especially the pharmacy. They are incompetent and rude. Carrboro Family Pharmacy and CVS are just a few blocks away and are much better.
